A Virtual Assistant (VA) is someone who works remotely to help you complete tasks in your personal or professional life. The tasks can include scheduling medical appointments, travel arrangements, data entry, email campaigns, the list goes on.

Excellent question! We both will have standard protections with your information through an agreed upon contract. I agree not to share your personal information publicly or to third party businesses. When the contract has been fulfilled, I will advise you to change any passwords to accounts that I have had access to on the last day of work and I will delete any login or private information pertaining to you on the last day of work in my own files. I will hold on to contact information, contracts, and I may share anecdotes of work I have done or testimonials for marketing and content purposes.
